y99o will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other unsolicited channel. Do not respond to any communication claiming to be from y99o that requests your Account password.
Before processing any withdrawal, and at any other time deemed necessary by y99o, you will be required to complete identity verification ("KYC"). Required documentation may include, but is not limited to: a government-issued photo identity document (such as a National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used to fund your Account.
Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period of time following a request will result in the suspension of withdrawal processing. y99o reserves the right to void bets and forfeit any balance attributable to a fraudulent or unverified Account. For Pakistani users, a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) is the primary accepted identification document for age and identity verification. Additional documentation may be requested where the primary document is insufficient to complete verification satisfactorily.
